Diversity of missions
Recruited as a consultant in 2010, I joined the Benelux team in which I evolved to be a Key Account manager today. The varied missions I have been entrusted with over the years helped me grow on diverse aspects such as commercial, marketing, project management or analytics. Plus, the Benelux team gave me the unique opportunity to work on a wide scope, managing National Brands as well as Private Label and CRM campaigns.

15 experts (project managers, web & mobile trafic managers, IT & support, programers…) develop innovative digital solutions to reach clients and consumers needs. 

My job consists in  increasing the audience of Catalina Marketing’s online and web services. I develop and optimize our recruitment  (SEO, SEM, Affiliation) as well as our animation campaigns (newsletters, contests, social networks…) in order to offer the best digital experience to our users.

Consultants have a great marketing sensitivity, their mission is to identify the best ways to develop sales and loyalty  for their clients.

 I analyze consumer behaviors and I recommand tailored action plans regarding my clients marketing stakes. I coordinate  campaigns implementation and ensure their monitoring in order to achieve my clients objective.

35 people monitor all Catalina systems, networks, data collect, consumer targeting. Programmers, network administrators, project managers, hotline support specialists, all of them garantee Catalina's  level of service to its clients and employees. 

Every day we must bring innovative solutions, and at the same time maintain operational excellence and reliable systems.  It covers targeted offers printed in store, multi channel operations implementations, and also integration of retailers project.

40 people, Client Service team or Graphic designers work on campaigns implementation. Their mission: deliver high quality and implement campaigns on time, on all channels: in store, Online and Mobile.

In contact with clients and collaborating with sales and operational teams, we create the imagery appearing on promotionnal offers printed in store or appearing on web and mobile platforms. We always try to improve our process in order to provide operational excellence.
