Funded in 2005, Catalina Benelux is located in French headquarters in Boulogne Billancourt. Our clients are among the major retailers in Belgium and Netherlands. For them, 50 people are developing and running innovative Omni channel solutions to engage their customers.
The French subsidiary has been created in 1994 and is currently the biggest in Europe. The office, based in Boulogne Billancourt (South Paris), gathers 200 employees adressing retailers and manufacturers challenges every day. Since 2012, Catalina France has integrated mobile and web as new chanels for its campaigns.
Established in the UK in 1992, Catalina now has offices in Reading and Leeds. 50 employees work with leading UK retailers on a wide range of loyalty initiatives and with over 130 brands to develop loyalty solutions.
Created in 2003, the German subsidiary now gathers 50 employees in Bad Homburg (North Frankfurt). Every year, 1.5 Billion baskets are analyzed to distribute targeted and personalised offers in 4 000 stores. Since 2014, Catalina Germany has integrated mobile in its campaigns.

Catalina ‘s Headquarter is based in St Petersburg (Florida) and has 900 employees. Nine offices throughout the country allow proximity with CPG retailers and brands.
Based in Tokyo, Catalina Japan has 120 employees. Since its establishment, the branch have been achieving high growth and works currently with about 40 retailers and 100 manufacturers.

Andy Heyman is responsible for the overall operation and strategic direction of the business, and serves on the company’s board of directors. Andy previously held the position of president of NCR Financial Services for NCR Corporation, a global leader in omni-channel solutions that enable more than 550 million transactions daily across retail, financial, travel, hospitality, telecom and technology, and small business.
William leads our European activities, and is a member of the Catalina Corporation Executive Committee. William is focused on our strategic initiatives and our digital transformation. He joined Catalina in the start up phase and contributed to our success story and our leading position on the European market.
Prior to Catalina, William was already in CPG Marketing and data in companies such as Nielsen and L’Oréal.
Karine is responsible to define Catalina's strategy to adress France and Benelux retailers and manufacturers issues and stakes. She also has to accelerate Catalina's omni-channel transformation. Previously, Karine used to work for Mars.
Florence QUEYROI is responsible for our Benelux activities since 2013.
Through various leadership positions in Catalina France and Italy, Florence has a comprehensive understanding of European business both for retailers and manufacturers.
Prior to Catalina, Florence was already in Marketing and Data companies such as IRI and Kantar.
